Is this only for engineering teams?
No. The highest-leverage AI workflows are usually in marketing, ops, support, and sales. Not engineering. Engineering teams get covered if they want, but they aren't the default audience.
What if my team hasn't used AI tools before?
Fine. The training tier scales with where the team currently is. We don't start with 'what is ChatGPT' but we don't assume prompt-engineering fluency either.
Do you build custom AI applications?
Not as the default deliverable. If a workflow obviously requires a small custom tool, we'll either build it or scope it for your engineering team. The headline outcome is *capability inside the team*, not custom software.
