Terms of Service

Resulve lets you create AI assistants, ground them in your own content, and run them on your channels — your Facebook Messenger and Instagram (by connecting your Facebook Page) and/or your website (via a script tag). When you connect third-party tools, they can take actions like booking appointments and capturing leads. We may update or improve features over time.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any business you represent.

Don't use Resulve for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes; don't upload content you have no right to use; don't attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls; and don't resell the service without permission.

You retain ownership of the knowledge and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to operate the service (including sending it to our inference and embeddings providers). You are responsible for your bots' outputs and for complying with applicable laws.

Resulve can connect to third-party services you authorize (such as Google Calendar, HubSpot, or Google Sheets) so your assistant can act on your behalf — for example booking appointments or recording leads. You must own or be authorized to connect each account, and your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You are responsible for the actions your assistant takes through these connections, including any bookings or records it creates. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, changes, or data handling, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Resulve is prepaid. Every account starts with free credits, and you top up with prepaid credit packs in PHP via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, or card). Credits are spent per message and don't expire. Credits are added only after your payment is confirmed by our processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future purchases.

The service is provided "as is". AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing them and for any reliance placed on them. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resulve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.
