Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This policy explains how Resulve uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember you and work correctly.

2. How we use them

We keep cookies to a minimum. The essential ones keep you signed in to your dashboard and protect against fraud — the service won't work without them. The embeddable chat widget stores a small anonymous visitor identifier in the browser to keep a conversation continuous; it sets no advertising cookies.

3. Types we set

Strictly necessary: authentication/session cookies (via Supabase) and security tokens. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. Clearing the widget's local storage simply starts a fresh conversation.

5. Changes & contact

We'll update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Questions: privacy@resulve.app.
