These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website gatchidigital.com (the “Site”) operated by Gatchi Digital, Inc. (“Gatchi Digital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in Makati City, Philippines. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

2. Services

Descriptions of our services on the Site — including influencer marketing, social media management, creative production, and digital consulting — are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

3. Quotations and fees

All engagements are custom-priced based on scope. Quotations we issue are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are otherwise subject to change. Unless expressly stated, quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and third-party costs (such as media spend or influencer fees), which are itemized transparently in our proposals.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Gatchi Digital and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. Client and brand logos displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown solely to identify brands we have worked with. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of brands we have worked with and our social media profiles. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party site.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we keep the Site's content current and accurate, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or availability. Marketing outcomes described on the Site (such as statistics or case references) are illustrative and do not guarantee specific results for any engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatchi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Philippines.

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
